Shipping policy

AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY

We offer a super low flat-rate delivery of just $20.00 and free delivery for orders over $250 Australia Wide for most of our products. Extra heavy or bulky items may incur higher shipping or a higher order for free delivery. Please see shipping at checkout.

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days and standard delivery time is usually within 2-5 business days for major cities and local areas and approx. 3-10 business days for outer and far Northern and Western Australian areas. For very remote locations Australia-wide, please allow a little extra time.

Once your order has been processed for shipping and collected by the courier you will receive a tracking number. LotusMagic holds no responsibility for the failed delivery once it has left our warehouse.

If your parcel has not reached you within the time frame outlined above, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number to check on its progress. If you are unable to find your tracking number, please let us know via info@lotusmagic.com so we can provide this for you.

To ensure that your order arrives safely a signature will be required on delivery.  Australian orders are usually delivered via Australia Post. Our couriers usually deliver between 9 am - 5 pm on weekdays. If you (or someone on your behalf) will not be available to sign at your nominated address between 9am-5pm, please provide an alternate address that we can deliver to, or an authority to leave at a nominated location. Alternatively, if nobody is available to sign for your package, a card will be left advising of your parcel location with further instructions.

If you have requested the package to be left at your premises, you do so at your own risk and LotusMagic takes no liability or responsibility once the driver has signed that the parcel was left as instructed.

GLOBAL SHIPPING

International orders are usually fulfilled through Australia Post International. A signature will be requested unless you request the courier to leave it at your premises.

We endeavour to deliver to most international locations upon request. Shipping is calculated for your region by weight at checkout. **Please note that due to COVID, some regions are experiencing limited flights, therefore not all shipping rates are available, and some regions are not available.

Orders delivered outside of Australia may be liable for local customs duty, import taxes or costs that are not included in your purchase or delivery costs. These are decided on a case by case basis by your own government at the point of entry to your country and are outside of our control.
