A natural fibre, Merino wool is soft yet durable, hypoallergenic, temperature regulating, fire resistant, moisture wicking and odour resistant. All these properties make it a fantastic choice for baby blankets!

A BIT ABOUT MICRONS

Microns are the measurement (1 millionth of a metre) used to describe the diameter of a wool fibre. The smaller the micron count, the finer the fibre will be. Wool typically falls in a range of 18–40 microns. Our nursery blankets are made with superfine, super-soft 18-micron Merino wool, making them perfect for wrapping up babies—even ones with sensitive skin!
